Register for VBS

Please scroll down to fill out the required forms for VBS. The release of claims form is a PDF file which you may fill out and email to fbcyantis@peoplescom.net or print out and bring with you when you drop your child off for VBS.

The registration form may be completed and submitted online.

If you have any trouble with either form, you may register your child in person when you drop them off.
