Register to Ride to the Bus

If your child will be riding the bus, then you must fill out this release form for the school For Each Child. By filling out this form you give First Baptist church in Yantis permission to transport your child to the church in the church van for regularly scheduled Wednesday night services. This does not release them for any other purposes for the church or for any other day of the week.
